This course focuses on corruption red flags and mitigating corruption risk. Lectures by World Bank and IADB officials. Anti-Corruption Law: Transnational BusinessThis course will provide students with a detailed description of the transnational anti-corruption legal framework, focusing on the history and application of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, parallel transnational anti-corruption laws and private sector compliance and integrity practices. Guest speakers from the U.S. government and private law firms bring first-hand experience to the discussions.
