Actively support the recruiting efforts to identify qualified candidates for the new and existing clients. Set up interviews/ References checks/BG’s, handle workmen’s compensation claims, unemployment claims, support the recruiting process through performing onboarding and pre-screening functions. Onsite support for clients, weekly check ins. Employment and candidate sourcing, draft postings for various search engines. Place advertisements online, hand out flyers, and attend hiring events; contact colleges, schools and other resources for recruitment and placements.
