I am a founding partner of Marzulla Law, LLC based in Washington, D.C. My practice concentrates on helping property owners obtain just compensation for the taking of their water rights and other property interests, including business property, intellectual property, and land use rights, by actions taken by the federal government. I also seek relief on behalf of individuals who have contracts with the federal government and that the contract has failed to fulfill its end of the bargain. The majority of litigation that I handle in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, where the remedy sought for either taking or contract claims is money damages. litigation in the fields of water rights, takings, and environmental claims against the federal government in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. I also have extensive experience in handling cases involving property, water, and environmental law, Indian tribal claims, agriculture, development and land use, and natural resources in federal district courts and circuit courts of appeal.
