Over the years Nancie has built a reputation as an innovative brand builder and a “fixer” of broken business models. She has an uncanny ability to know her customer and build merchandise strategies that are spot on with the consumer’s desires to drive successful outcomes. Her experience is far ranging from RTW, Accessories, Jewelry, Intimate Apparel, Home. She has also worked with smaller luxury firms such as LAGOS Jewelry and a Hospitality B2B firm, 1Concier, which she took through mergers, private equity acquisition and rebranding of three companies to one.Nancie is a visionary leader whose ability to champion innovative strategies has resulted in a strong track record of business outcomes.
