I am a student under the Hospitality and Tourism Management student at Brigham Young University–Hawaii with a strong passion for creating meaningful and sustainable guest experiences. As a student, I have focused on understanding how tourism can positively impact communities, environments, and cultural preservation.My academic journey has been complemented by hands-on leadership and industry experience, including serving in student leadership roles and working in guest services at the Polynesian Cultural Center. These experiences have strengthened my skills in communication, service excellence, and cultural storytelling while reinforcing my commitment to hospitality as a people-centered profession.Originally from the Philippines, I am especially interested in regenerative tourism and how the industry can empower local communities while preserving cultural identity. My academic work and thesis focus on exploring tourism models that create long-term value beyond economic impact.I am currently seeking opportunities to continue learning, contribute to purpose-driven organizations, and grow as a hospitality professional dedicated to creating meaningful, memorable, and responsible travel experiences.
