Contributing to the digital roadmap, the aim is to empower organizations to navigate the evolving landscape of digital finance effectively.In my experience, digital finance transformation has been about automating and optimizing traditional finance processes with advanced digital tools. Leveraging ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems has been crucial for me, as they provide real-time financial data and support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This transformation has involved reorganizing finance functions and integrating technologies like robotic process automation (RPA), cognitive computing, and machine learning. The benefits I’ve seen include increased efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and improved decision-making. However, I’ve also faced challenges such as implementation, technology integration, and talent management. Overall, it’s been about reshaping finance for a more efficient and future-ready organization.Team size handled up to 200 to 300 including project resources not directly reporting. International experience of a decade and working on business transformation projects like ZBB, ZBO and mergers. Budget handled about 5 to 6 million $ annually. Benefits accrued in multi-million $.Areas of Transformation:Business transformation -Establishing shared services, GDCs, Global training center, Green field business, turnaround, Merger, ZBO and ZBBDigital transformation : Working capital, Reporting to street, Compliance and Analytics. Cloud enablement for employee engagement, supply chain processes, special solutions for payroll, chat bot implementation and workflows SAP led transformation : DRC, PAPM, Sustainability and BRIM AI Enablement : 20 use cases with measurable benefits under discussion. 3 live in production adding value to business.
