ABOUT NANAM MYSZKA

I’ve spent the past 15+ years building and operating businesses, working across the U.S, South Korea, and the Middle East. Much of my experience comes from helping grow and manage a multi-entity hospitality organization, where I’ve been involved in everything from operations and people leadership to compliance, finance, and long-term planning. My approach is both strategic and hands-on. I enjoy building clear processes, solving operational challenges, and helping teams work more effectively together. Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time developing practical structures that support leadership decision-making, employee relations, and responsible business operations. Some of the areas I frequently focus on include- Creating clear procedures to handle operational challenges and unexpected situations - Supporting fair and consistent HR practices, compliance, and employee relations - Strengthening coordination between HR, operations, and financial priorities - Improving communication, accountability, and leadership alignment to build trust within teams - Developing structures that help organizations manage risk while continuing to grow I care deeply about thoughtful leadership, sound judgment, and running organizations in a way that is both responsible and sustainable. I’m always interested in learning, improving systems, and connecting with people who value steady leadership and long-term thinking.
