Pre-college Initiative Chair @Nsbe Professionals National Society Of Black Engineers
As the Pre-College Initiative Chair, I worked with middle and high school students in the Syracuse community to spark interest in STEM and prepare them for future academic success. I led weekly Saturday sessions at New Hope Baptist Church where I helped students strengthen their algebra and arithmetic skills while mentoring them academically. I also guided students in designing, building, and testing RC cars to compete in the NSBE Jr. National Tournament, giving them hands-on engineering experience and exposing them to real-world problem solving.
