Organize and lead the audit of the internal systems (cover phases of planning, execution, follow up) required to support the Airbus Canada DAO;2. Focal Point for Transport Canada (TCCA) external audit, consisting of planning, cross function coordination, communications with TCCA to ensure the smooth running of the external audit. Focal Point to develop and maintain A220 Authorized Persons (DAD, Candidate DAD and AS) to contribute the \"blood\" to Airbus Canada DAO for all the disciplines. Establish, implement and maintain the applicable Airworthiness and DAO practices. Liaise with Transport Canada-Delegation and Surveillance Group to bridge the regulatory guidance to Engineering department within Airbus Canada.6. Responsible for two Airworthiness Balanced Scorecard (KPI), one is DAD progression to plan, the other is audit CAP action close to plan. Drive multidisciplinary and multicultural teams\' collaboration to concentrate the efforts to hit the Monthly/Quarterly target.
