Responsible for the development of detailed Medpace Data Analysis Plan for\\\\nassigned projects\\\\n• Responsible for the development of analysis databases\\\\n• Communicate project requirements for CRF design, database design, and\\\\ndatabase cleanup to ensure the key study variables are suitable for analysis\\\\n• Perform programming of study analysis, review of study results, and preparation of\\\\nstatistical methods section for clinical/statistical reports, and related regulatory\\\\nsubmission documents\\\\n• Communicate statistical results to medical writing personnel to ensure accurate\\\\ninterpretation\\\\n\\\\n• Contribute to clinical development plan preparation\\\\n• Provide small and large molecule clinical pharmacology expertise to cross-functional\\\\nproject teams and support for the preparation of regulatory submissions (e.g. IB, IND,\\\\nNDA)\\\\n• Design early-phase pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) studies, such as\\\\nfirst-in-man, single ascending dose, multiple ascending dose, drug-drug interaction,\\\\nfood/water effect, bioavailability/bioequivalence, special population, and QT studies\\\\n• Determine PK/PD parameter endpoints and parameter calculation details\\\\n• Review of study protocol and develop analysis plan of PK/PD for assigned projects\\\\n• Conduct PK/PD analyses including quantitative modelling and simulation to design and\\\\ninform both clinical trial designs and analyses\\\\n• Communicate project requirements for CRF design to ensure the key study variables are\\\\nsuitable for analysis\\\\n• Program study PK/PD analysis, review of study results and preparation of pharmacology\\\\nsection for clinical/statistical reports\\\\n• Communicate pharmacology results to medical writing personnel to ensure accurate\\\\ninterpretation\\\\n• Provide clinical pharmacology consulting services as needed\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
