Over the last 8 years at Yubico, I navigated the complex intersection of Global Logistics + Manufacturing and SaaS Models + Data Architecture + Cybersecurity, helping steer the company through hyper-growth to a successful IPO. My core philosophy: Operations is not only an optimized cost center; it is also a revenue enabler.
