Serve San Diego County HIV, STD, & Hepatitis Branch full-time through a competitive fellowship program offered by UCSF, UCLA, and CDPH• Coordinate with 8 Program Managers to update monthly reports on the County’s HIV/AIDS programs, developing timelines and following up as necessary to ensure deadlines are met• Lead external communications for San Diego’s HIV/AIDS Programs and develop health promotion materials, including newsletter writing, one-pagers, infographics, social media posts, and website design• Build and strengthen relationships with HIV/AIDS community partners, service providers, and clients through HIV Planning Group meetings and community engagement efforts to improve County HIV programs• Lead external communications for San Diego’s HIV/AIDS Programs and develop health promotion materials, including flyers, social media posts, newsletter narratives, one-pagers, infographics, and webpages• Present HIV data to diverse groups in San Diego, including youth, the LGBTQ+ community, women in recovery, and older adults living with HIV• Engage 30+ participants per day at Harm Reduction Services Program by completing intake forms, providing supplies for safer drug use, and cultivating a safe space for people who use drugs and are unhoused• Organize and promote regional town hall meeting by developing promotion materials and outreaching to community organizations, resulting in 25+ attendees who provided feedback about HIV programs• Collaborate with Community Health Program Specialist and 2 other fellows on data management for local health campaign, using Smartsheet to develop surveys and dashboards in English and Spanish
