1. Training Manager - Employee & Labor Relations

   Aug 2024 — Present

   Conceptualized and produced a monthly video series, “Employee Relations, Brief”, to improve employee experience through timely and accessible educational communications.• Led the enterprise-wide rollout of a new harassment and discrimination prevention training course, managing the vendor relationship and ensuring the effective delivery for the entire organization.• Developed a new manager-level required training course on union activity and positive employee experiences, empowering leaders with fundamental knowledge and behaviors to build trust and increase employee loyalty.• Created and designed a new in-person/virtual led 3-day manager on-boarding program to create more effective and efficient managers across the organization.• Owned the launch and management of a new case management system, 100% user adoption, increasing efficiency rates in case management and employee satisfaction. Reduction in case handling time by more than 10%.• Designed C-suite video communications for organizing campaign. High-stakes content design requiring executive collaboration, adherence of compliance to NLRB employer laws, while also influencing physician response. • Data & Reporting Leadership: Leading a key project to define ER case metrics in Tableau; collaborating with a digital development team to deliver data-rich reports and presentations to Senior Leadership.
