Namrta is a \"go getter\", problem solver, risk taker and customer oriented program manager with deep technical acumen and proven track record of ~15 years across drivers and firmware engineering and software and hardware program and product management. In her latest experience at Intel, Namrta defined and delivered an innovative framework which simplified the complexity of software monetization for the products and became backbone for future frameworks to build on. Namrta brought critical NLP IP customers onboard Intel HW by aligning OpenVINO solution, enabling new valuable revenue channel.She did SWOT analysis, aided SW and HW IP strategic decisions for the BU and designed IP make vs buy strategy.Previously at Honeywell, Namrta conceptualised, defined and enabled new mid-market segment building management solution and successfully converted it into NPI solution. She also defined the architecture of A9 Linux core of multi-core Fire safety FW solution on I.MX6 and achieved UL certification of the device in record time.A decade of the career earlier at Intel has been on developing Integrated Graphics driver from scratch in startup mode for Intel Atom devices. From bringing up First ever Intel Atom Display driver and MIPI panel driver support for Windows, to enabling power optimized display solutions for low power Atom platform, to enabling critical power optimized 3D stack solutions on Linux which were up streamed as well, Namrta has done it all from Gen3 to Gen9 Integrated graphics solutions. This experience involved development, end to end release planning and handling, source control management, bug scrubs for the products, code reviews, authoring HLD and LLD for various components and products, interpreting PRD and participating in planning discussions for future platforms and solutions and team mentorship. The experience empowered Namrta with skills to successfully manage and drive a complex product, end to end through multi-geo ecosystem and multiple stakeholders.
