Program Management: Successfully executed 2 NTI and 9 NPIs across several OSAT factories. Key responsibilities include identifying package interactions with business facing teams like silicon design, foundry, test, application, reliability etc. and develop a strategy for manufacturing package in high volume manufacturing. OSAT interface: Assess manufacturing gaps, develop DOE plans, execute and investigate failures as needed. Benchmark OSATs to create strategies for product cost down and remain technically competitive. Experience with 4 OSATs and 3 internal factoriesCompetitive Analysis: Conducted multiple competitive analysis to capture the best known method for a particular application space while looking at marketing, cost and performance tradeoffs. Final goal is to make a recommendation for next generation products. Pathfinding: Worked on 3D printing benchmarking for microscale application and prepared a roadmap for proposal for quick prototyping and active/passive cooling solutions. Inventor of 14 patents.
