Growing up the only extrovert in my family I always stood out at every family gathering. I was the only one of my siblings (and parents) to be running around to meet new people and find any and every way to strike up a new conversation. It\'s no surprise my extroverted self found a career where I could work directly with people to help solve the people problems at the heart of an organization. As I have grown in my career, I have loved finding ways to use data and behavioral analytics to really understand what makes an organization tick and help find solutions. I strive to work for a company where I can be truly embedded within the mission and implement innovative, data-driven strategies to solve their most complex problems!Outside of work I have a passion for travel, photography (self hype - check out the photo in my header!), and dance.
