About Namrata Damani
Namrata is an experienced leader, passionate about emerging technologies and how it will disrupt the existing business models. She has over fourteen years of experience in a wide range of business and IT process improvement projects and large scale program delivery. She is always looking for challenging roles where she can make a significant impact to grow a business. Namrata started her career, as an intern with Cognizant Technology Solutions to build a new business unit focused on providing mobile consulting services to clients when SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud) was a buzz word. The practice grew from a 4-person team to 700+ consultants globally to deliver end-to-end services from advisory to delivery for Fortune 500 clients. Looking for new challenges, she then joined EY as the chief of staff helping establish their mobile technology practice and moved over to Technology Transformation helping clients with current state assessment, process design, IT strategy, IT service management, portfolio assessments, vendor evaluations and technology platform implementation. Her superpower is to rapidly understand and adapt to new industries, issues, and organizational cultures while leading diverse teams to deliver flawlessly on large scale transformation engagements. Namrata received her Masters in Information Systems from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University and Bachelors in Computer Engineering from India.
