ABOUT NAMRATA SHAH

With over 12+ years of comprehensive experience across the Human Resources function, I bring a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives that align people practices with organizational growth. HR, to me, is not merely a profession, it is a passion that I approach with dedication, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement. I have successfully led a large-scale organizational transformation, expanding the workforce from approximately 250 to over 1,500 employees in just three years. Sole HR lead during the company’s IPO journey, bringing hands-on experience in HR readiness, governance, disclosures, and compliance for a successful listing.I have established the entire HR function from scratch in an organisation with no existing framework, building end-to-end people processes across the full HR spectrum.My contributions to the HR field have also been recognized externally. I was invited as the youngest speaker at an IIM Ranchi roundtable conference to discuss “The Evolution from HR Business Partner to HR Enabler” and was honored with the HR 40 Under 40 award for my early impact in the profession. These milestones reflect my belief in redefining HR as a key business enabler rather than a support function.Throughout my career, I have managed complex employee relations issues, including absconding cases, terminations, recoveries, POSH matters, and disciplinary actions, always ensuring integrity and fairness.
