I am an HR professional with 10+ years of experience across HR business partnering, talent management, learning and development. Currently working in Amazon as Senior HR Business Partner for Central teams of Marketing, Finance, Prime and Customer Fulfilment eXperience. These teams are evolving from India only to India plus emerging markets(EM). I partner with leaders on organization design choices, building new roles like SMEs/Champions, evolving talent needs and building inclusive culture across geographies. Prior roles at Amazon include HRBP for Tech, Tech Talent Management and leading Global standardization and success of business-agnostic HR Partner model. I started my career as Brand Training Manager at Allen Solly, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail. I then led Allen Solly Karnataka retail operations team of 80+ members and was later in-charge of retail business and inventory planning for Allen Solly India. I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals to be their best self at work and am presently pursuing ICF Level 1 coaching certification to further enhance my skills. I have also completed TA 101 certification on concepts of Transactional Analysis.
