ABOUT NAMRATA MISHRA

Namrata is a qualified legal professional with over 20 years of experience in both litigation and non-litigation areas. Namrata Mishra has done her Law (LL.B (Hons.) from Lucknow University, UP and LLM from SNDT University, Mumbai). She has practiced as a successful corporate lawyer representing clients at the Mumbai High Court as well as the Debt Recovery Tribunal. She also held the post of Court Commissioner at Mumbai High Court and a stint in USA as a Mergers & Acquisition Lawyer at Dallas, Texas. Currently apart from being a Director at Renaissance e-Services Pvt. Ltd, which is a globally recognized eLearning business that spans 52 countries, she offers legal advice to a number of companies in Corporate, Family Law and International law. She is also a Child Rights Educator and Founder of \"We Against Child Abuse (WACA)\"- a community on social media that raises & debates issues on the topic. She is chosen as a 1090 Women Helpline Counsellor during pandemic and works with UP Police to help and counsel thousands of women in distress. She is a Member of UP Crime Control Committee, Lucknow and President of Indian Lawyers Association, Agra Chapter and Vice-President of UP Anti-Sexual Harassment Council, Wicci. Last but not the least, she is also an acclaimed speaker and Trainer on POCSO, Gender Equality, Gender Sensitization, POSH, Children & Women related issues and has worked with State Government, State Police Department & Private players imparting Legal Literacy Trainings/conducting 500+ awareness sessions, sensitized educators and her sensitization to students reached upto a commendable students till now and growing. She is also a Member of International Bar Association (IBA), London, Member of International Society of Family Law(ISFL), the Netherlands. Member of Institute of Director (IoD), India and a Global Goodwill Ambassador.
