Customers of external countries (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal) and India covered under this job profile. External countries were supplied under Merchant Trade model (countries involved in this transaction were 3). Customers like Distributors, End Users and OEM\'s were part of the group.Work involves such as Quotation (Price and delivery), Proforma Invoice for LC submission, Order Processing, stock allocation, Dispatches, Invoicing, LC draft approval etc.Supplies to external countries were against ir-revocable LC. Preparation of documents as invoice, packing list and deceleration / certificates as per LC /Bank / Customer specific and submit to Bank for further processing. Forwarding the set of documents to customer proactively to prepare themselves in advance for customs clearance. This would help them to avoid any penalty on detainment of goods at customs due to non availability of documents from bank
