I love what I do. Namit leads Sustainability Services for Accenture in Canada and Sustainable Investments for North America. With 18 years of experience, he has collaborated with private, public, and multi-party clients to shape sustainable business and value chain transformations. Namit’s expertise lies in crafting strategies that link sustainability to value creation, aligning leadership teams behind ambitious agendas to reorient their organizations and ecosystems toward more sustainable models. He has supported the conception, incubation, and launch of bold and impactful ventures, embedding sustainable practices with advanced technologies across various industries. Namit is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and an Agile leader, bringing deep expertise in building and transforming Operations and Value Chain Strategies. His experience spans a diverse range of industries and geographies, allowing for the cross-pollination of ideas and best practices. Namit has counseled and partnered with banks, insurers, and other investors to align their portfolio selection and management approaches to deeply embed ESG criteria. His particular focus and passion areas include Food Security, End-to-End Decarbonization, idea incubation to innovation, and Circular Product/Service Design. A keen learner and perpetual student, Namit has been guided by some of the best minds in the industry and academic circles, including those from MIT. This continuous learning ethos underpins his approach to innovative and sustainable solutions. Originally from Jaipur, India, Namit is an Indian, Canadian, and British resident currently based in Calgary. His professional journey includes 8 years with Accenture and Vodafone in London, UK, followed by 10 years leading projects across the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, France, Germany, Japan, and North America. This diverse experience has given him a deep understanding of various business cultures and environments.
