Job responsibilities include-Induction of new Cochlear Implant centers in West India-Develop and execute customer training (one-to-one/workshops)-Support in Intra-Operative testing, Audiology departments for Implant programming/mapping, and patient follow-up-Organizing and participating in awareness and marketing activities individually and in collaboration with the marketing team-Conducting Launch events and training on new products, software and applications-Troubleshooting field technical/clinical problems-Conducting workshops on the latest CI technology for budding Audiologists at various speech and hearing institutes across the country-Attending and participating in conferences/workshops on behalf of the company-Building relationships with customers and centers-Involved with the company\'s business development process-Assisting with Logistics, monitoring and data collection during clinical surveys and research.
