As a dedicated recruiter and emerging program leader, I support HCSC’s early talent strategy by leading the New Graduate Program and contributing to the success of our summer internship experience. My work blends recruiting excellence with people-first program design—ensuring early career hires are welcomed, empowered, and set up to thrive.• Progressively expanded scope from intern program support to leading HCSC’s enterprise-wide New Graduate Program—responsible for designing and executing a structured, yearlong experience that drives retention, engagement, and early career success• Support the planning and execution of HCSC’s 10-week Summer Internship Program—including intern communications, event logistics, engagement activities, and cross-functional coordination across departments• Manage full-cycle recruitment for early talent roles—owning sourcing, screening, stakeholder engagement, and offer delivery with a focus on candidate experience and conversion• Build and maintain national university partnerships—representing HCSC at career fairs and talent events to strengthen pipelines and elevate brand visibility• Track, analyze, and report on program metrics—including intern conversion, engagement insights, and retention data—to inform strategy, showcase ROI, and drive continuous improvement• Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to align early careers programming with workforce development goals and support a seamless talent pipeline
