Design electrical power distribution and control systems for utilities and water & wastewater treatment plants using AutoCAD Electrical software. • Size distribution transformers, main service disconnects, auto transfer switches, CTs, PTs and variable frequency drives for MV and LV switchgears, switchboards and Motor Control Centers.• Conduct short circuit studies and arc flash risk assessment for multiple plants per 1584 and NFPA 70E. • Perform protection device coordination, trip settings and minimize thermal incident energy.• Compile load flow analysis, equipment evaluation, and transient motor starting characteristics using SKM Power*Tools software and strengthen the reliability and life span of equipment for clients. • Compute harmonic analysis for non-linear loads and sized adequate filters to comply with 519.• Configure SEL protection relays using QuickSet AcSELerator, Beckwith protection relays using IPScom and Basler relays using bestcomsplus software. • Abstract event reports from microprocessor based relays, analyze using synchrowave event software and provide solutions. • Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP) and performs both Simple and Complex lockout/tagout per latest NFPA 70E for Substations and Treatment Plants.• Qualified Manufacturer Technical Representative (MTR) for the company per UL 508A Standard. • Tested Generator Control System for renewable energy per UL 6200
