I am an engineer who focuses on building products that work well and scale smoothly.I studied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and started my career as a developer and QA engineer. At viaSocket, an AI-based workflow automation product, I grew into a QA Lead within six months and later took responsibility for sprint management, Agile processes, and team coordination.When there was no clear process in place, I introduced Agile ways of working, sprint planning, task tracking, and efficiency metrics. I led QA efforts, helped find and fix 100+ bugs every month, and improved product quality using automation and AI-based testing tools.Today, I am part of the core/founder team, where I help design better processes, improve team productivity, and support product growth.I enjoy solving problems by creating simple systems that help teams build better products.
