ABOUT NAMAN RAJ KHADIA

As a Brand Consultant at Amazon, I help brands grow their revenue and profitability on the platform. I have worked with internal teams to create processes and systems that improve employee efficiency and save ~200 FTE hours. I have also scale alternative marketing channels for the organization, adding to incremental revenue of > 100mm. Before joining Amazon, I was a Marketing Manager at Swa Artisanal Syrups, a D2C brand that offers natural and organic syrups. I owned the brand\'s revenue and growth on all channels, and worked with an agency and a content team to build a single website catering to B2B and B2C customers. I also created and ran marketing campaigns on different channels, discovering new opportunities and increasing user retention. Additionally, I participated in various offline events, built connections with industry experts, and managed the PnL. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Maharaja Surajmal Institute, where I learned the fundamentals of business administration and management. I also have skills in account management, data analysis, and business analysis, which I apply to my current and previous roles. I am passionate about helping brands scale and reach their potential, and I am always eager to learn new skills and strategies.
