Because we believe that the best way to back our customers is to back our people.Global Talent Acquisition is the recruiting engine of American Express, connecting world-class talent to careers which offer challenging work with a purpose.Job Responsibilities:•Working directly with the Global Talent Acquisition (Technology hiring) Team •Responsible for creating and posting job requisitions on Career Track/ATS (Taleo)•Screening & sourcing applicants using ATS/ LinkedIn•Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules (onsite & WebEx interviews) for candidates and hiring leaders, utilizing internal email calendar technology (i.e. Microsoft Outlook) •Manage interview requests schedule & changes across multiple locations, line of business and time zones and modify the schedule accordingly.•Email candidate resume (and any other required documents) and interview schedule to the interview panelists and candidate•Collect interview feedback and file accordingly•Ensure each candidate selected for interview has completed their profile questions in Taleo, sending the link to complete when necessary•Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time•Responsible for offer template auditing (candidate profile & requisition) and offer management.
