My role involves ensuring seamless coordination between trainers and banks/NBFCs, continuous onboarding and development of Gold Appraisal trainers across India, and acquisition of new institutional clients. I work closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen delivery quality, drive process standardization and operational excellence, and support sustainable revenue growth while aligning training outcomes with industry and regulatory expectations.
