ABOUT NAMAN GUPTA

Naman is the Chief Business Officer at Tsaaro Consulting, a leading professional services organisation. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with an overall work experience of 16+ years across business, consulting, operations and finance. As an independent consultant, he collaborates with organisations to accelerate and reimagine their business & growth strategy holistically. Previously, Naman headed the Operations and Business at AES for a couple of years. He was a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and wore multiple hats: as a Business Head for a few million dollar sub-services, the organisation level CFO and also headed various operational departments. Naman spearheaded the strategy & transformation of various areas: Investments, Business Office, Facilities Management Office, Procurement, Transportation, Food Services and Campus Security. He was an active member in various board governance committees. Naman led numerous initiatives to bring about higher levels of user satisfaction, improved operational efficiencies, robust compliances, and steered the organisation into margins enhancement by millions of dollars in a short span of time. Naman\'s previous role as the Director in EY\'s Business Consulting vertical was a decade and a half long client facing experience in a fast-paced, complex and enriching environment involving continuous adaptation and growth. It primarily involved leading large teams to successfully prospect, convert and deliver a diverse set of professional services solutions to a wide clientele in an efficient and profitable manner, both in India and internationally. The role involved a multitude of functions: pricing the solution offerings, evolving the GTM strategy, talent management, monitoring revenues, global collaboration, account management etc. He successfully demonstrated a consistently high customer satisfaction score along with the ability to build high performing teams, resulting in excellent engagement growth & retention rates with enhanced revenues and reputation.
