Handling TDS matters including deduction of TDS (Contractor & Sub –Contractor U/s 194 C, Professional or Technical fee U/s 194 J, Interest U/s 194 A, Rent, and Commission) & timely deposit.Issuing TDS Certificates (Form-16) & preparation of E- TDS Return up to filling.** Preparing of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual GST Prep.**Preparing & maintaining of books of accounts All Sale, Purchase, Receipts, Payment, Daily Book Keeping, Voucher Entries, Audit Purchase Bills, Party Bills checking, PO, Debit Note, Credit Note.**Reconciliation of Party Statements & Confirmations, Coordination with various teams for clearance and settlement of Inter-Unit receivables and payables. Vendors Payment, Clearance of old recoveries & settlement of advances, Month end activities like Accruals & complete all reconciliation’s.**Monitoring of Income & expenses a/c, Processing of expenses bills reimbursements & adjust imprest accounts, Analysis Trial Balance, Analyzes and reconciles expenditure and revenue, Profit & Loss A/c up to finalization etc.**Preparing and maintaining statutory books of account and financial statement, interacting with statutory and internal auditors. Coordination with Auditors for getting the books of accounts audited & expediting timely closure of Audit.**Preparation of Financial Schedules for all items related to Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss for year end closing. Handling Statutory/Internal Audit.
