Owned end-to-end product lifecycle for the Agentic AI Automation Workbench to design a Mortgage Management System hosting modular services like Appraisal Review, Income Review, Bills & Subscription, REO Staff Automation Workflow, and Reporting. • Managed & defined requirements & user personas, produced wireframes, prioritized backlog, and drove release planning aligned with business KPIs. • Designed and implemented an automated document ingestion pipeline: document upload to AWS S3 repo → OCR extraction (Azure / AWS Textract / OpenAI) → structured knowledge base → LLM-driven review, enabling scale and repeatability. • Led evaluation of multiple AI/LLM models (AWS Bedrock, Knowledge Base Agents, OCR models) to benchmark accuracy for text, image, and unstructured (form) data extraction and select optimal approaches. • Architected AI logic for photo/comparable classification and automated visual comparison using web-sourced images to assist in appraisal validation. • Led LLM Prompt Engineering to enable AI to accurately answer 150+ appraisal questions and complete workflow in 10–15 minutes (previously ˜3 hours), achieving major FTE savings and operational cost reduction. • Integrated external APIs (e.g, Encompass) and web-search data to enrich AI reasoning and generate transparent, explainable outputs. • Implemented a human-in-loop review mechanism enabling Ops to validate AI responses before case closure, ensuring quality and compliance. • Led Agile ceremonies (scrums, backlog grooming, retrospectives) to track progress, ensure team alignment, and monitor delivery timelines. • Collaborated with clients and operations to pilot the workbench, collected feedback to refine ML prompts and UX, and drove product decisions that improved review throughput and adoption. • Owned risk & contingency planning, data privacy, and production rollout — ensuring transparency, compliance,and measurable impact on mortgage servicing operations
