I am responsible for organizing, managing, and delivering complex, cross functional projects that support the launch and implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs in new states.My role specifically focuses on working closely with the Emerging States team to create actionable project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and deliverables that enable organizational readiness. I regularly work cross-functionally with regulatory, IT, data analytics, and technical teams to coordinate national and state specific initiatives. A priority of my work is to create efficiencies by aligning requirements across multiple projects and encouraging harmonization between state projects.Additionally, I am frequently asked to manage non-Emerging States projects with large regulatory and compliance components such as GRC system management, regulatory library creation and management, and AI use-case guidance for regulatory and compliance tasks.My personal approach to project management emphasizes building integrated, automated project plans and reports that allow technical experts to focus on technical tasks while being shown critical information when needed. I am constantly striving to implement best practices and improve CAA project management processes and standards as part of the EPMO.
