   I am responsible for organizing, managing, and delivering complex, cross functional projects that support the launch and implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs in new states.My role specifically focuses on working closely with the Emerging States team to create actionable project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and deliverables that enable organizational readiness. I regularly work cross-functionally with regulatory, IT, data analytics, and technical teams to coordinate national and state specific initiatives.
