Tax Technology - System & Process• Support and maintain of tax technology for the global tax team as an administrator of CORPTAX, BNA Fixed Asset, Onesource Products (OIT, OWM, OTP and Global Access Module)• Provision responsibilities: import & tie out Pre-Tax Book Income HFM to OTP, automate M-1 adjustments, Integrate Return and Provision systems to generate RTP by unit, Tax Basis Balance Sheet in OTP by unit, calculate & import tax expense CTA, prepare tax account Rollforward schedules, provide training and support to the global tax provision team• Compliance responsibilities: import book trial balance, tie out book income & balance sheet items from tax return to the financial statement, automate M-1 adjustments pulling from provision to tax return using Enhanced Integration, Excel Add-in to push additional M-1 adjustments to the tax return, provide training and support to the tax compliance team. Heavily involved with 2013 Federal Tax Returns, 2012 Federal Tax Returns, 2011 Federal Tax Returns, and 2010 Amended Return • Software implementations: Onesource Tax Provision, Onesource Income Tax, Onesource Fixed Asset (aka BNA Fixed Asset), and Onesource Workflow Manager• Build efficient Excel models for workpapers using advanced Excel formulas• Responsible for monitoring tax data quality and access• Coordinate with IT for software updates and purchases• Optimize tax processes and systems.
