At Changepoint, I was the lead order management analyst reporting to our fin ops manager. I owned Netsuite Order to Cash for Enterprise SaaS customers totaling $50m ARR. I validated quotes for CFO countersignature, and processed orders on a timely and accurate manner. I also collected on an aging balance. And managed commissions calculations for sales, renewals, CSMs, Professional services, and executives. In 2021, Changepoint was acquired by Planview, Inc. and I was retained to assist in the order management merger. At Planview, I am a subject matter expert in quote to cash with core deal desk responsibilities in partnering with our sales and renewals team to structure complex deals.Order Desk, Bookings report, Finance ops data integrations, collections, commissions.
