Provided essential IT support and onboarding for Mondelez and Ricolino sales personnel across Mexico. This included enrolling new Ricolino Android devices with company accounts and meticulously packaging work kits (mobile devices, printers, battery chargers) for each seller. I traveled locally within Mexico to provide direct support during MC1 training sessions, clarifying doubts and answering questions to ensure sellers could effectively perform their daily tasks in the production environment. My role also involved assisting Mondelez Snacking Mexico with laptop onboarding for plant employees nationwide, which included installing new work profiles. Furthermore, I helped tag and assign work IDs to Ricolino worker badges, conducted biometric data testing (fingerprints and facial scans) on INFOR time clocks, and configured existing handheld printers within the Mondelez environment.
