I’m Nalini Pabale Chaskar – a woman in steel-toed shoes, building dreams one structure at a time. Awarded ET MSME Woman Entrepreneur of the Year_2024 After a decade in the corporate world and another in full-time motherhood, I returned to lead a mission-driven manufacturing business in an industry where women are still a rare sight – construction at height. Today, I head Problem Solving & Business Development at SB Scaffolding India Pvt Ltd, where we don’t just manufacture aluminium formwork, MS scaffolding, rope-suspended platforms, and protection screens — we solve construction site challenges with speed, safety, and soul. Backed by a technically sharp in-house design team, we provide access solutions that are safer, faster to install, and more productive — for developers building vertically in India and beyond.
