3 decades of experience in the IT industry. embarked on journey within IT industry as a computer Systems administrator and over the years had roles like process management, operations manager, application domain manager, service manager, Delivery manager, release manager, scrum master, Project manager.Currently working with SAS R&D India, Pune as Sr. Cloud Implementation Project Manager. Role requires end to end ownership of project life cycle of a SAS customer, who require their Infrastructure, systems and applications to be hosted on to a cloud environment. Earlier to this was working with Agile Delivery factory for enterprise business applications in VOIS( a Vodafone company), which supports Global IT operations and Application development and support for the Vodafone group. Earlier to this have been part of management team with Capgemini Group (15 year Tenure) as IT Operations Delivery Manager for its strategic clients.I have had exposure of working onshore in International assignments with direct Client facing roles / responsibilities. Previous to joining Capgemini, was working with Wipro on the Microsoft PSS Exchange Support project. Here was responsible for attending technical support request phone calls from Microsoft\'s worldwide customer base. Also have played key managerial roles in companies that I worked for earlier.
