About Nalin Gupta

I am currently working as an applied scientist at Alexa AI and have a background in data science and computer science. At Alexa I have been part of the Contextual Carryover and Proactive Experiences teams. As part of the contextual carryover team I helped built a multi-modal screen context resolution model. Currently, I work in the proactive experience team where I am working on incorporating personalization in Alexa experiences. My past projects and internships have given me hands-on experience in developing machine learning and deep learning models in the domains of conversational AI, recommendation systems, natural language understanding, computer vision, and predictive analytics.I am a self-driven, creative and hardworking person who equally enjoys collaborating with others as well as working independently to complete assigned tasks.
