Led Baking applications and technology teams at Mumbai Technical Center driving development agility (product, process, packaging) and global knowledge transfer for retail mixes, food-service mixes, flour and ready-to-eat cake categories. Built infrastructure, talent and programs for technology development and white space innovations. Led General Mills Long Term Technology Program (G TECH) teams at Mumbai Technical Center developing broadly applicable strategic technologies in support of sustainable growth for our global operating units. Technology focus was on macro ingredients (protein, fat, sugar), grains, crop bio sciences, advanced packaging and consumer experience (taste, texture, trust).Led Connected Innovations in India ecosystem including developing & leveraging partner networks and stakeholder management to further externally led innovations. Focus areas: Leading Technical Organization, People Development, Product Development, Technology Development, Packaging Development, Food Safety & Quality, Connected Innovations and Strategic Collaborations with Academia.
