Submission of budgets, bills, accounts, and prescribed returns on time, along with maintaining accurate documentation of progress reports, billing records, and contract correspondence. Overseeing maintenance-related works for the existing campus and managing estate-related aspects in coordination with the administration. Utilizing technical skills in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure project success within stipulated timelines.
