   Led the launch of Copilot Search in the M365 Copilot app, redefining enterprise search for the AI era - evolving traditional keyword based querying to intent aware, NL based discovery• Enabled accelerated delivery by establishing and driving ship process across a 30 engineer team• Built the systems and guardrails needed to scale search across large enterprises, creating the second highest used M365 Copilot interface after Chat.• Side Projects - GenAI Incubations: drove high-visibility product incubations around topic detection and generative content synthesis UX, with leadership backing for productization.
