I am currently working with the Operations team in Insight Enterprise Team, where I leverage my experience to streamline operations and enhance team efficiency. My role focuses on optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and driving operational excellence to support the team\'s strategic goals.As part of my experience at VMware, I led the Program Management team to build the complete IT stack for EUC (End User Computing), successfully launching it as Omnissa under KKR (a leading Global investment firm) following Broadcom’s divestiture. This project involved preparing EUC to operate independently, and Omnissa is now fully live. I also served as a Program Manager within \'Data Super Highway\' team, to create a unified data foundation for the enterprise.During my two decades of experience prior to joining VMware, I have worked with some of the leading banks in North America, Europe, and Asia. My career is marked by a consistent record of leadership in substantial and intricate change and transformation initiatives, spanning technology/domain-driven projects and greenfield development programs. Beyond Program Management, I have also taken on Delivery leadership roles, overseeing portfolios valued at $50 million and beyond.My distinctive attributes include a strong grasp of technology and the ability to adapt to diverse domains. I am a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional who enjoys delving into the nitty-gritty.
