As a Lead - Wireless Solution & Integration, Network at airtel, I have been driving the design, development, and deployment of wireless network solutions for airtel across India. With over 15 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, I have acquired extensive knowledge and skills in 5G, LTE, ORAN, and other related technologies, as well as domain expertise in wireless network solutions. Before joining airtel, I worked as an SME at Huawei Telecommunication (India) Company Private Limited, where I was responsible for providing technical support, guidance, and solution support to the customer. I also worked as an RNO at Huawei, where I performed network optimization, troubleshooting, and analysis for various wireless network projects. My core competencies include wireless network design, integration, optimization, testing, and troubleshooting, as well as customer relationship management, project management, and team leadership. I am passionate about delivering innovative and reliable wireless network solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the market.
