ABOUT NAKITA BAINES
I am an experienced tax professional who has been providing tax services to a diverse group of clients for over ten years. My focus is helping clients understand the tax implications of their business transactions and operations, including providing tax compliance, planning, and other advisory services to best meet their needs. My experience covers a wide range of sectors including oil & gas, real estate, power and utilities, private equity, and manufacturing and processing. I am also proud to be involved in facilitating for CPA Canada\'s In-Depth Tax Program, where I help guide the conversation for the next generation of tax professionals as they begin their tax training. My favorite way to unwind at the end of the workday is a walk with my Fiancé and our dog, Atlas. I love to travel, cook (particularly trying new recipes), and can often be found stealing a few minutes to read a page or two of whatever book is currently at the top of the book pile.
