   As Senior Development Consultant, I lead strategic fundraising and audience engagement initiatives that expand Opera Carolina’s impact and reach. My work integrates grant development, donor cultivation, volunteer engagement, and immersive experience design to make opera more inclusive, accessible, and culturally resonant.A core focus of my role is launching and leading Friends of Opera Carolina, a donor society designed as a living ecosystem—combining access, education, and relationship—to cultivate sustained philanthropic engagement.
