I am a marketing and business development specialist with more than 15 years of experience working in the AEC industry. I am the Western Regional Director, Marketing and Business Development responsible for developing and implementing strategies to position Ayers Saint Gross as a national leader in the planning and design of campuses and communities for mission-driven institutions. After being introduced to the work performed by the American Institute of Architects’ Equity in Architecture Commission, my professional passion has been to adapt the mission more broadly in the AEC industry. Just as my role in architecture unites her passion for design with my talent in marketing, my new focus to promote Equitable Practice within the AEC community marries my passion for social equity and community service with the industry I deeply revere.
