Evaluate exposures, interpret coverages, and create marketing plans for new and renewal business.• Work closely with department colleagues to enhance team knowledge and capabilities. Mentor and provide training for junior staff to support their professional development.• Negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of client to secure the best possible coverage and cost effective solutions• Provide operational support by gathering COPE (Construction, Occupancy, Protection, and Exposure) information, loss history, submissions, and proposals to ensure timely and accurate presentation.
