Coordinate priorities and strategic objectives across networks of internal and external CERAWeek stakeholders• Triangulate inputs from CERAWeek Executive Committee, S&P Global research leads, corporate account manager, and CERAWeek partner community to build program content• Collaborate with CERAWeek executive committee on strategy sessions, reporting inputs and managing requests across team lines to inform executive decision-making• Engage with corporate affairs, comms, and business development teams across the energy industry to understand core business and commercial objectives and align them with the CERAWeek platform• Develop overarching conference themes and session descriptions that establish thought leadership agenda. Synthesize technical content into clear and compelling narratives for both general audience and subject matter experts. • Take “CERAWeek story” to market: As a face of the programming team, present conference narratives and deliverables to corporate partners to create buy-in, develop partnerships, coordinate positioning of industry executives, and establish messaging for partners to promote at CERAWeek• Build “session coalitions”: Centralize messaging objectives across partners to design high-impact dialogues on key industry trends• Lead content planning and preparation for Dr. Yergin’s CERAWeek plenary dialogues. o Collaborate as thought partner with Dr. Yergin to structure plenary dialogues – dialogues serve as newsmakers and high-level messaging platforms that shape industry trends and trajectories
